Global Shipping:

Hoopa ships from Mumbai and we ship across USA, Canada, United Kingdom, and Mexico. Estimated delivery dates are provided before making payment. Please allow 1 working day for your order to be dispatched. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched on next working day. During emergency or disasters, there can be processing and shipping delays.

Buyer will be provided with product pictures and video before shipping.

  • Cancellation of order within 6 hours without penalty, except the 4% Bank Charges ( if not dispatched)
  • After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as “pending” under Order History.
  • Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 6 Hours of placing an order. For cancelling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending a whatsapp giving Order Number and reason.

General Scenario

In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be cancelled. has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by and accept decision regarding the cancellation.

Cancellation of Order by HOOPA International

HOOPA International reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or if order cannot be delivered at shipping address. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the buyer (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by HOOPA International for re-delivery shall be claimed from the buyer.

Return Policy by HOOPA International

Due to international shipping cost, returns will not be possible. Therefore, Hoopa shall pursue maximum checks for making sure that every shipment is good and defect free. “We Serve What We Claim” shall drive Hoopa’s shipping services.

Returns on account of manufacturing defect or cases of loss of shipment will be dealt as hereunder –

  • 100% Refund will be given in case of manufacturing defect for claims made within 3 days
  • Refund amount will be provided to buyer’s bank account or cards
  • Buyer needs to provide pics and video of manufacturing defect
  • In case of lost shipment, buyer will be provided 100% refund or another shipment will be created for buyer after Bombino Express declares product as lost in transit
  • Refund as detailed hereinabove shall be provided to buyer within 24 hours of inspection

We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Items Damaged in Shipping:
